Dario de Martino

Dario de Martino is an M&A partner and Global Co-Head of A&O Shearman's FinTech and Blockchain Group, based in the firm's New York office. He focuses on US-centric and global public and private M&A transactions, including carve-outs, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions for leading technology (including FinTech, digital assets, payments, AI/machine learning, software, semiconductors, IoT, and cloud computing), financial services, life sciences + healthcare, and industrial companies.
He has extensive experience advising Japanese corporates on outbound U.S. and global M&A transactions, and regularly counsels boards and senior management on transformative transactions and strategic issues involving digital assets and blockchain-enabled technologies.
