Head of Blockchain Promotion Office since 2016 and has been engaged in multiple blockchain projects in SBI group as well as in external companies.
He is CEO of SBI R3 Japan, which is a joint venture between SBI, R3 and SMFG.
He also assumes director role of SBI Financial and Ecnomic Research Institute.
Before he joined SBI Group, he founded a fintech company which provides internet trading and back office systems for Japanese brokers.
He started his career as a consultant in Andersen Consulting (current Accenture).
