With a strong technology background, Pawan has deep expertise in the Financial Lending Domain, specializing in FinnOne® and FinnOne Neo® , both leading lending solutions, and managing large-scale programs globally. His commitment to meticulous program execution and building strong customer relationships has been a defining trait throughout his career.
Beyond his lending domain expertise, Pawan also brings a unique specialization in payment systems, covering both Issuing and Acquiring platforms for banks and financial institutions. He is highly skilled in designing lending transformation journeys within complex digital ecosystems and leading data migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms using innovative approaches. His leadership has been instrumental in driving large-scale lending transformation initiatives across India, Southeast Asia, Japan, Morocco, Mauritius, Europe, the Caribbean, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Pawan’s association with Japan spans over 15 years, during which he has managed key Japanese financial institutions and their subsidiaries across Southeast Asia. Having spent nearly five years living in Tokyo, he has developed a deep understanding of Japan’s financial ecosystem and business culture.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, a Master’s degree from the University of Kashmir, India, and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
