Dipen Mehta is the Executive Vice President and General Manager for SoftServe’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, where he leads the charge in driving digital transformation and technological innovation across multiple industries. Under his leadership, SoftServe delivers cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients throughout the APAC market, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences.

With over 25 years of experience spanning technical and business leadership roles, Dipen has proven expertise in market creation and scaling businesses. His focus is on empowering clients to harness the potential of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other digital technologies to transform their business models, streamline operations, and optimize customer engagement.

Before joining SoftServe, Dipen held key leadership roles at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he worked closely with financial services organizations, guiding them through large-scale digital transformation initiatives. In his role at AWS, he also led the industry solutions team focused on public sector organizations, pioneering strategic collaborations to drive innovation across government, healthcare and educational sectors.

A seasoned leader in the Asia-Pacific market, Dipen has spent over 15 years in the region, where he has worked in both early-stage tech companies, such as crypto.com, and global enterprises like Standard Chartered Bank, where he led the digital disruption team and co-founded their innovation lab. Dipen also led the mobility practice at Accenture Digital, helping clients across APAC accelerate their digital journeys.

Dipen is passionate about entrepreneurship, advising startups, and investing in innovative ventures across the US and Asia-Pacific. He also serves as a STAR Advisory Board Member at Airbus, where he provides strategic guidance on the company’s innovation roadmap for the aerospace industry.
