Merion is the Director and Head of the Capital Markets Policy Division at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) responsible for the wholesale markets and market infrastructure policies. Prior to her current role, she was an internal auditor at the MAS covering investment, currency operations and IT functions. She was also a regulator and supervisor of capital markets and investment intermediaries. Merion was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2017. Before joining the MAS, she was with Citigroup in money markets and FX operations.
