Joined the Bank of Japan in 2010 and had served as mainly researcher in economic forecasting and financial stability areas. From 2021, has engaged in CBDC or tokenization related projects at Payment and Settlement Department. Received a master degree of applied economics from University of Michigan and a bachelor of economics from Hitotsubashi University.
