Chikako Matsumoto

Chikako oversees corporate sustainability and commitment to carbon neutrality by SMTB as well as the group holdings company. She is also responsible for integrating ESG business across SMTB. She has 20-years experience in international development finance and sustainability at the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, being involved in the development of the World Bank’s first green bond and climate finance products. Before joining SMTB, Chikako led advisory services on sustainability and climate change at one of the Big Four audit companies.
