Akari Serena Yamashita

Akari Serena Yamashita joined Bloomberg in 2014 and has held various roles in Enterprise Data and sustainability focused solutions across multiple markets. In her current role as BloombergNEF Japan and Korea Business Development Manager, Ms. Yamashita leads commercial efforts to provide research and data solutions that help clients across industries, including automotive, power, gas, electronics, and finance, develop and implement their decarbonization strategies.

Prior to this role, Ms. Yamashita managed Enterprise Data sales for Japan, Australia, Singapore, and India, specializing in ESG and sustainability related data solutions for financial institutions and corporations.

Ms. Yamashita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environment and Information Studies from Keio University.
