John Kikko

John Kikko is Senior Director of Investments at Hashgraph, the company behind Hedera, a leading enterprise-grade public network underpinning real-world applications across AI, tokenization, and digital payments. Hedera is governed and operated by some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Google, IBM, Nomura, and Shinhan Bank.

Over the past four years, John has worked at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, leading strategic partnerships and business development initiatives with banks, asset managers, and broker-dealers. His work has focused on institutional adoption of blockchain infrastructure, regulated tokenization, stablecoin-based payments, and the emerging role of trusted public networks as a foundational layer for AI-driven financial systems.

Before entering the digital asset space, John spent more than 15 years in global equities sales and trading at bulge-bracket institutions including Nomura, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America, spanning New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo,

John brings a combination of deep traditional finance experience and hands-on leadership in crypto and AI-adjacent infrastructure, making him a trusted voice on how institutions are navigating the next phase of financial markets.
