Morgan Williams is Co-Founder and COO of Blockradar, a stablecoin infrastructure company building programmable, non-custodial wallet and settlement systems for fintechs.

With over a decade of experience across global payments and crypto, Morgan has led expansion and growth initiatives at Coinbase, Uber, and PayPal, working at the intersection of regulation, product, and market entry. Her work has focused on scaling financial infrastructure in markets where access, liquidity, and trust are not evenly distributed.

At Blockradar, she works with fintechs across Asia, Africa, and Latin America to embed stablecoins into payment flows, enabling fiat-to-fiat settlement where stablecoins operate quietly in the background. The company has supported hundreds of fintechs and processed hundreds of millions in transaction volume since launch.
