Beju Shah is Head of Nordics for the Bank for International Settlements' (BIS) Innovation Hub. He has led groundbreaking initiatives related to cybersecurity and cyber-resilience, financial crime prevention, future of money and payments and artificial intelligence. Before the BIS, Beju was at the Bank of England for 10 years in various roles, leading on large data, technology and business transformation programmes, championing innovation as well as various international initiatives.
