Kaoru Arai-Colucci

東京都出身。13歳よりハープを井上久美子氏に師事。 武蔵野音楽大学器楽学科弦楽器専修ハープ科を卒業。 ソロの活動としてはグランドハープでのクラシックやジャズのみならず、エレクトリック・ハープでのジャズやクロスオーバー、即興音楽、弾き語りなどの分野にも精力的にチャレンジしている。

Born in Tokyo. Studied harp under Kumiko Inoue from the age of 13. Graduated from the Musashino College of Music, Department of Instrumental Music, String Instrument Specialization, Harp Department.
As a solo artist, she not only plays classical music and jazz on the grand harp, but also actively challenges herself in fields such as jazz on the electric harp, crossovers, improvisational music, and vocal accompaniment.
