Yuki Kishi
Country Manager, Japan, Pier Two
Yuki is the Japan Country Manager at Pier Two, a global non-custodial blockchain infrastructure provider delivering institutional-grade validator and staking services. He leads Pier Two’s Japan market strategy, working closely with regulated exchanges and digital asset platforms to optimise staking performance while aligning with Japan’s regulatory and governance standards. Since entering the market, he has secured partnerships with major Japanese VASPs and supported broader APAC expansion initiatives.
In parallel, Yuki is the founder and CEO of YKBridge LLC, providing market-entry and execution support for global technology companies expanding into Japan.
Previously, he served as CFO at Sustainable Lab, leading finance, business development, and ESG strategy. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Fintech at Plug and Play Japan and worked at Deutsche Securities in valuations and operations.
He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from the University of London, Queen Mary College.
