Shinji Nagoune

After working at a major Japanese financial group, joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. Work has encompassed system reviews in connection with the financial statement audits of banks (including government-affiliated and trust banks), securities firms, credit card companies, and leasing companies; evaluations of system risk management frameworks; and independent third-party assessments of system integration projects. Provides advice on the design and enhancement of governance and control frameworks for traditional IT risk, project risk, digital IT risk, and AI governance, and has extensive experience delivering IT advisory services to second-line and third-line functions. Currently serves as the Head of Financial Digital Risk Services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and as Deloitte’s overall service lead for a major financial group.
