Rei Murakami

Rei Murakami Frenzel is the President of the Murakami Family Foundation and a Founding Partner at Kadan Capital. She began her career at Mitsubishi Corporation before stepping into leadership at her family foundation, where she led a new initiative to tackle Japan’s gender gap. Driven by a sharp strategic vision and a passion for innovation, she later launched Kadan Capital, accelerating the growth of Fintech, B2B SaaS, and AI startups across Southeast Asia and beyond.
