Ichika Sakon

I’ve been engaged in direct collaboration with US startups, to accelerate digital transformation for MUFG, from research and proof-of-concept to contract. In addition, I've built a relationship with and invested in US VC fund to expand our robust network. I've been also in charge of matchmaking between US startups and MUFG's enterprise clients to support both their growth.

Before I joined Global Innovation Team, I had worked as researcher in health-tech/Chemical sector in 4 years in MUFG Bank after spending 3 years as SMB banking sales representative.

I have the master degree of human/environmental studies and bachelor degree of medicine.
