Jessica Chuah is a globally recognized blockchain compliance expert and the Chief Compliance Officer at Axiom Exchange, where she oversees regulatory frameworks across MiCA, FinCEN, and EMI regimes.

With over a decade of experience in financial services, she has also held senior roles at Chainalysis and Crystal Intelligence. Jessica has successfully secured digital asset and payment licenses across multiple APAC jurisdictions including Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

A sought-after speaker at INTERPOL, UNODC, and FATF events, she holds an EMBA , a law degree from the University of London, and she is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified (ACCA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with multiple blockchain investigation certifications.

About this session

This roundtable brings together leaders from global stablecoin issuers, blockchain foundations, digital asset exchanges, institutional infrastructure providers, corporates, and venture investors to examine how stablecoins and tokenised assets are entering mainstream financial markets. The discussion will explore deployment across payments, treasury, trade, and capital markets, including how USD and JPY stablecoins, tokenised deposits, and other forms of digital money are being used for intraday liquidity, cross‑border settlement, and programmable trade and supply‑chain finance.
Speakers will share case studies from Japan and across Asia, highlighting how exchanges, issuers, corporates, and ecosystem builders are navigating regulation, compliance, and risk management while building new corridors and liquidity venues. By combining issuer, infrastructure, corporate, and investment perspectives, the session will illustrate how these instruments are reshaping market structure, what this means for financial institutions and corporates, and where the next phase of adoption is likely to emerge.
