Sirirat has dedicated over 20 years of her career to the Bank of Thailand. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science and master’s degrees in management information systems and Banking and International Finance.

Her experience spans various departments, including the payment systems policy department, where she contributed to strategic plans for payment systems. Additionally, her tenure in the payment and bond department provided insights into payment innovations from both regulatory and operator perspectives. She possesses expertise in RTGS wholesale payment systems and has been acquainted in international standards, including the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (PFMI) and ISO 20022.

Lately, Sirirat has transitioned to the Fintech domain, participating in financial innovation development and digitization initiatives such as APIs for open data, Digital Identity and e-Signature for End-to-End Digital transactions. She also has some familiarity of recent developments in stable coins and payment tokenization.

In her current role, Sirirat focuses on promoting innovation through regulatory sandboxes, establishing open infrastructure, defining common standards, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Her commitment lies in building a sustainable FinTech ecosystem.
