Ryosuke Hayashi

Ryosuke is an Executive Officer in charge of overseas business for SBI Holdings, Inc.. He brings experience and expertise in private and public equity investments, digital media, financial service business, and entrepreneurship.
From 2015 to 2024, Ryosuke was the CEO and Managing Director of SBI Ven Capital Pte. Ltd., where he set regional investment strategies, launched new venture capital funds, and managed investments in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and EMEA, primarily across tech platforms, fintech, and digital asset sectors.
Ryosuke joined SBI Group in 2009 as the founding Managing Director of Wall Street Journal Japan, and moved to SBI Holdings in 2012. He started his career in advertising agency and moved onto a hedge fund before joining SBI Group.
Ryosuke holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tokyo.
