    Alexandre Kech is the CEO of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF).

    Prior to joining GLEIF, Alexandre Kech was Head of Digital Securities at the SIX Digital Exchange. As a member of the Executive Board, Alex had full executive responsibility for the Digital Securities business vertical, including sales and relationship management, product development, business design, and ecosystem expansion.

    Over the past 25 years, Alex has constructed a unique career combining finance at BNY Mellon, payments/securities infrastructure and standards at SWIFT, and blockchain and digital assets at Onchain Custodian (ONC) and, most recently, Citi Ventures. As co-founder and CEO of ONC, Alex led the Singapore and Shanghai-based team that built custody and prime brokerage services for crypto and other digital assets from scratch. As Blockchain & Digital Asset director at Citi Ventures, he built a team to engage the European ecosystem on emerging use cases for blockchain technologies and digital assets.

    Alex is also involved in industry and standardization initiatives. As the convenor of the ISO TC 68 / SC8 / WG3, which produced the ISO 24165 Digital Token Identifier (DTI), he is a member of the DTI Foundation Product Advisory Committee. He also recently served as co-chair of the Global Digital Finance (gdf.io) custody working group.

    Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in translation and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology while building Onchain Custodian, putting theory into practice in real-time.

    Barkha Dutt, one of India's best-known journalists, is the Founding-Editor of Mojo Story, a multimedia digital platform. The recipient of more than 50 national and international awards - among them the Padmashri and the Global Leader for Tomorrow from the World Economic Forum- Dutt is also a columnist with the Washington Post, Hindustan Times and The Week. With 25 years of reporting experience, Dutt has reported from war zones and conflict areas across the world, including reporting the Kargil war from the frontline in 1999. Most recently, she won global acclaim for her path-breaking and unprecedented ground reportage of the pandemic through travels across India. A Visiting Fellow at the Reuters Institute at Oxford University and an Asia Society Fellow, Barkha Dutt is the author of two books - To Hell & Back, Humans of Covid and This Unquiet Land- Stories from India's Fault lines. Dutt studied at St. Stephens College, Delhi University and Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.

    Since its inception at the close of 2019, Mojo Story has been twice recognized as India's Best Digital Channel by the News Broadcasting Awards. Barkha Dutt is also the curator of We The Women, India's Biggest Women's Festival.

    Former White House Special Advisor / Senior Fellow, Atlantic Council

    Carole House recently departed the White House National Security Council (NSC) as Special Advisor for Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure. Most recently outside of government, she was an Executive in Residence at Terranet Ventures, Inc., and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council. She has served as the Chair of the Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and previously served at the NSC as the Director for Cybersecurity and Secure Digital Innovation. Carole first joined the NSC from the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), where she led cybersecurity, virtual currency, and emerging technology policy efforts. Prior to FinCEN, she worked as a Presidential Management Fellow supporting the White House Office of Management and Budget's Cyber and National Security Unit and the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and critical infrastructure protection policy issues. Carole is a former Army Captain who served in chemical defense and military intelligence until November 2014, including a deployment to Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, from 2012 to 2013 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. She holds a BA in international affairs from the University of Georgia and an MA in security studies from Georgetown University.

    Yam Ki Chan is Vice President at Circle, responsible for overseeing partnerships, policy, and market expansion across Asia. Since joining Circle, he has led the team in first-of-kind partnerships and advised regulatory and business stakeholders on how stablecoins unlock economic opportunities for individuals and businesses.

    Prior to Circle, Yam Ki held strategy and public policy roles at Google Payments and Google Cloud, where he worked on partnership strategy, market launches, and government affairs.

    Before Google, Yam Ki served as the Director for Global and Asia Economics at the White House National Security Council in the Obama Administration, where he coordinated the interagency process on US economic strategy in Asia and was a member of the U.S. sherpa negotiations team for the G-20 and the G-7. Before joining the National Security Council staff, Yam Ki was with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of the US-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Earlier in his career, Yam Ki worked in technology investment banking at Jefferies in Silicon Valley.

    He earned a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton College.

    Peter J. Morgan is Senior Consulting Economist and Advisor to the Dean at the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), and has been with ADBI since 2008. He has 23 years experience in the financial sector in Asia, most recently serving in Hong Kong as Chief Asia Economist for HSBC, responsible for macroeconomic analysis and forecasting for Asia. Previously, he served as Chief Japan Economist for HSBC, and earlier held similar positions at Merrill Lynch, Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Jardine Fleming. Prior to entering the financial industry, he was a consultant for Meta Systems Inc in Cambridge, MA, in energy and environmental analysis, and at International Business Information KK in Tokyo, in financial sector consulting. He earned his MA and PhD degrees in economics from Yale University. His research interests are in macroeconomic policy and financial sector regulation, reform, financial development, financial inclusion, fintech, financial literacy and financial education. In 2019 he served as the Lead Co-chair for the Task Force on The Future of Work and Education for the Digital Age for the Think 20 process, an engagement group with the G20.

    Hideki Ito is Commissioner of the JFSA.
    Mr. Ito joined the Ministry of Finance in 1988. Since 2007 he has worked mainly for the JFSA. From 2020 to 2022, he was Vice Commissioner for Strategy Development. From 2022 to 2024, he was Director-General of the Policy and Market Bureau. He was appointed to his present post in 2024.
    Mr. Ito received a B.A. in Law from the University of Tokyo and obtained an MBA at Georgetown University in the US.

The Company is a leading credit-card issuer in Japan and has evolved into a diversified financial services company globally.

    In his role as Board Director and Head of Global Business for Credit Saison Co. Ltd., he oversees Credit Saison's global business operations and creates the strategic vision for driving global expansion and innovation of the group, focusing on the areas of lending and investments.

    Under his leadership, Credit Saison’s global business has expanded its footprint to Singapore, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Thailand and Vietnam. Additionally, he serves as Managing Partner for Saison Capital, the venture capital arm of Credit Saison, focusing on Pre-Seed to Series B companies, particularly in Southeast Asia, India and Brazil.

    Livia Benisty has 17 years experience in Financial Services, originally focused on financial crime and technology, however with experience in product development, sales and marketing.     Previously Livia was Head of AML advisory for Citi’s Trade and Treasury Solutions in EMEA, focused on Correspondent Banking and Digital Payments. Livia has also worked at BBVA’s Open Platform and ComplyAdvantage.

He started his career with UBS where he held various roles in investment banking and private equity in Zurich, London, and New York.

    He received a Master of Arts (lic. oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and has served on the boards of the Swiss Bankers Association, the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland, and the Swiss Finance Institute. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee of Elevandi, an organization set up by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to foster an open dialogue between the public and private sectors to advance fintech in the digital economy.

He established JUNET, the first network in Japan connecting multiple universities, in 1984. In 1988, established the WIDE Project, a Japanese Internet research consortium. Has long been engaged in research related to Internet technology platforms, and is known as the Father of the Internet in Japan and in international circles as the Internet Samurai.
    He is a Special Advisor to the Japanese Cabinet and an Advisor to the Digital Agency serves on many other governmental committees, and is active in numerous international scientific associations.
    He was inducted into 2011 IEEE Internet Award / the 2013 Internet Hall of Fame (Pioneer) / 2019 the Knight of the Legion of Honor by the French Government.

    Mr Sumnesh Joshi is an officer from Indian Telecom Service Cadre and at present is posted as Deputy Director General , at Joint Secretary level in Ministry of Communications at DoT Mumbai. He is working in area of communication expanding 5G use cases , IoT and implementation the policies to ensure smooth roll out of telecom network by service providers. He has also been made Nodal officer for monitoring of 4G network saturation Project in East and West region of the country. He is working to make digital ecosystem partners like Fintechs , Banks state government departments to make use of Digital Public Good Infrastructure and use AIML to curb the cyber threats.

    He worked with UIDAI as a first officer at UIDAI Regional Office Mumbai in April 2010 as a part of the founding team under leadership of Mr NandanNilekani. He was instrumental to roll out the implementation of biometric based Digital Identity“Aadhaar” project in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu. He worked with the Aadhaar Eco System Partners like State Governments, Regulators, Banks, Insurance Companies and Fintech Companies and guiding them in designing the solutions for the convenient delivery of various services using “Aadhaar”.

    He facilitated the use of Aadhaar -a Digital Identity Platform in E-Governance for Targeted Delivery of Services and Benefits. He also headed Enrolment & Update vertical of UIDAI PAN India. He was in various committees to look into the Strengthening of Aadhaar Enrolment Processes, Revisiting the regulations and SoPs, Automation of various Processes and Universal Client for Enrolment & Update.

    Mr Joshi is an officer of 1993 Batch of Indian Telecom Service and has over 25 years of experience at various positions in Government of India. Earlier years of his career He worked with Department of Telecommunications, Government of India and was involved in Telecom Traffic Planning , Data Analytics, Project implementation, Marketing of Services, Market Strategies, Market Intelligence, Product Development and Brand building.

    Mr Joshi is an expert in DPI implementation, use of telecom , cyber security strategies , data analytics and speaking at various forums on digital identity , Fintech , data centres , AI, cyber security, ESG at international and national level. He delivered a TEDx talk on India’s digital identity.

    Mr Joshi did his engineering in Electronics &Communications from Rajasthan Technical University Kota Rajasthan India. He holds MicroMasters in Data Economics and Development Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He pursued a Certificate course in Public Policy from University of California Berkeley and MBA from the Management Development Institute Gurgaon, India.

He has secured more than $300 Million in financing for the company from a range of strategic investors, including leading financial and technology companies Citi, Goldman Sachs, IBM, J.P. Digital Asset’s customer base includes organizations across financial services, healthcare and insurance, such as BNP Paribas, Broadridge, Cboe, Deutsche Börse, Goldman Sachs, HKEX, HSBC, and Nasdaq, among others.

    Previously, Yuval managed an algorithmic trading desk at DRW Trading and he launched DRW Venture Capital as a member of the firm’s investment team. He also worked as a developer at Citadel. Yuval is a member of the Digital Asset Markets subcommittee of the U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Global Market Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Blockchain Business Council, a leading global industry association for the blockchain technology ecosystem. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and is often quoted in well-respected media outlets such as Bloomberg, Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal, among others, talking about enterprise blockchain in the context of digital assets, market infrastructure, privacy, digital currencies, clearing and settlement challenges, and sustainable finance.

    Yuval holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is based at the company’s headquarters in New York City.

In June 2021, she was appointed to Member of the Board of Monex Group, Inc. and in April 2022, she was appointed to a Member of the Board, Representative Executive Officer, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Monex Group, Inc. Since June 2023, she has served as a Member of the Board, Representative Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Monex Group, Inc.
