Tokyo Tatemono

Established in 1896, Tokyo Tatemono is the integrated real estate developer boasting the longest history in the Japanese real estate industry. We engage in efforts to enhance Tokyo’s international competitiveness through measures such as development of facilities which support next-gen leaders of Japanese financial institutions and bridge them with the global fintech ecosystem. These compose our core business -large-scale mix-used development projects in the Yaesu-Nihonbashi-Kyobashi (YNK) area in front of Tokyo Grand Station, one of which (Yaesu 1-chome North Area Redevelopment Project) are expected to strengthen the role of Eitai-dori Avenue, an essential “Tokyo financial corridor”.
