Tram Anh Nguyen is Co-Founder of CFTE (Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship) and Chairwoman of Global Women in AI, with over two decades of experience at the intersection of finance, regulation, AI, and education. After nearly 20 years in global financial institutions, she founded CFTE in 2017 to build large-scale capability systems for the AI era, contributing to over 260,000 alumni across 130+ countries. She works closely with central banks, regulators, financial institutions, and startups to deliver AI readiness and workforce transformation programmes aligned with trust, regulatory resilience, and responsible innovation. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she leads Global Women in AI, active in over 100 countries, advancing women’s leadership in AI and shaping inclusive innovation ecosystems with societal impact. Tram Anh is an Entrepreneurship Expert at Oxford Saïd Business School and serves on the board of GFTN Japan. She is based in London and works across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
