Kotaro joined Sustainable Lab in the early stage, and he has led the launch of multiple products and businesses, such as ESG analytical and consulting solutions for investors, financial institutions, and large enterprises.

Prior to Sustanable Lab, he worked at Uzabase, a business intelligence company over 7 years (in Tokyo and Singapore) to serve its financial/economic data and research platform to investment banks, financial institutions, consulting firms, and large enterprises across the Asia Pacific region.

He has over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, management, go-to-market strategy, and execution across the Asia Pacific Region. He has an MBA degree from Hult International Business School and is a professional certificated coach at International Coach Academy (ICF®).
