Tom Fox-Hughes

Tom Fox Hughes is the CEO for APAC Energy and Commodities at TP ICAP, the world’s largest inter-dealer broker. In this role, he oversees the strategic growth and operational direction of the division across the region. With a strong background in building and scaling new businesses, he focuses on identifying market opportunities within the energy and commodities sector.

Before his current position, Tom was the Commercial Manager for APAC Energy and Commodities at TP ICAP and also previously served as the Managing Director at Freight Investor Services Pte Ltd. His extensive experience in leadership, business development, and market expansion has established him as a respected figure in the commodities broking industry.

Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Law and French Law, which adds a strong analytical and regulatory perspective to his commercial and strategic expertise.
