Dario de Martino

Dario de Martino is a partner at A&O Shearman based in its New York office. As Co-Chair of A&O Shearman's global FinTech and Blockchain Group, Dario advises clients on transformative matters relating to cryptocurrency/digital assets and blockchain-enabled technologies, as well as focusing on U.S. domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, and corporate governance matters. In particular, Dario has extensive experience advising Japanese corporates in connection with US-centric M&A transactions. He also represents a broad array of major U.S.-based and multinational technology (including [AI/machine learning, FinTech, digital assets, payments,] [NOTE: reorder as appropriate for the (i) AI and (ii) fintech sessions] software, semiconductors, IoT, and cloud computing), financial services, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial companies.
