I joined the Ministry of Justice of Japan in July 2023, after working for five years at the Ministry of Finance. In my current position, I handle multinational criminal cases by serving as the point of contact for mutual legal assistance and extradition requests, with specific focus on financial crimes. I also represent Japan at several international conferences, including Financial Action Task Force.
