      Anurag Mantri is a highly accomplished business leader and Executive Director at Nucleus Software, where he has spent more than three decades driving innovation and fostering growth. Joining the company in 1994, Anurag has risen through the ranks with a steadfast commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the financial technology sector.

      Anurag’s has led “Digital Services” business for Nucleus for more than 15 years, spearheading phenomenally successful large global IT programs and digital transformation programs. Across geographies, he has continuously inspired impactful and innovative business programs to meet diverse market needs.

      Anurag has also led the “Cloud Technologies” business at Nucleus. In this role, Anurag has significantly elevated the experiential certainty for cloud customers.

      Anurag's tenure at Nucleus Software includes critical milestones such as leading the Global Customer Care for the transaction banking product suite, where his focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency has been widely recognized.

      Anurag has led the sales for flagship products like FinnOne Neo® and FinnAxia® for Southeast Asia and played a crucial role in expanding Nucleus Software's footprint and market penetration in this geography, cementing its position as a leader in the fintech industry.

      Anurag has also led the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) functions at Nucleus, ensuring the organization upholds the highest quality standards across all its business solutions, consistently exceeding customer expectations.

      Anurag was entrusted with additional responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for three years
      and was appointed to the Nucleus Software board in Dec 2020. Most recently, he was appointed to the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) in August 2023.

      Anurag holds a strong academia, with a post graduate degree in Statistics, followed by the second post graduate degree in Computer Science and is a rank holder from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University, India. His academic background, coupled with his deep industry knowledge, and unwavering passion to leverage technology has been a catalyst for business transformation.
