Chloe White

Chloe White is an award-winning consultant, a former regulator and policymaker for virtual assets, and a classically trained economist with experience across macro, micro and financial economy issues. Chloe applies her skills in the web3 context through her work on tokenomics, stablecoins, venture capital advisory and licensing support. She is experienced in advising clients throughout the value chain including start-ups, listed companies, asset managers, associations and government. Her most recent appointment was her role within VARA, the virtual assets regulator in Dubai, where she served as the inaugural International Regulatory Policy Advisor. Chloe previously served as the Australian Government’s National Blockchain Roadmap Lead and was the primary crypto-asset expert at the Commonwealth Treasury. Chloe has appeared as an expert witness in Senate hearings and continues to hold a number of notable advisory positions. She has worked full-time on virtual assets for more than 5 years. Chloe is based in Dubai.
