Yumi Saito

Yumi Saito joined Aflac in January 2025. As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), she oversees the Cancer/Medical/Asset Formation Tribes and promotes cross-brand marketing.

Prior to joining Aflac, she spent over 25 years in digital marketing at startups and financial institutions. In recent years, she has been responsible for overseeing DX and marketing, including CX improvement, brand marketing, and data utilization as Chief Data Officer (CDO). She served as Senior Manager at MetLife, Inc., Officer at AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and Officer at Sony Financial Group Inc.

She graduated from the School of Informatics and Sciences at Nagoya University in 1998.
