IMMIN

IMMIN is a research and engineering company that specialises in applying the principles of distributed systems to solve long running problems in investment finance. We have evolved conventional faulty processes that enable non-compliance and the resultant unfair trading, into non-circumventable smart contracts deployed in fault-tolerant blockchains in areas such as primary issuances, secondary trading, security custody, bylaw compliance and more. Some of our first-of-its-kind smart contract inventions are: (i) a company constitution where changes require strict bylaw compliance; (ii) a matching engine resistant to front-running and latency arbitrages; (iii) a security depository with just-in-time clearing/settlement algorithms that minimises counter-party risk.
